By accessing or using Orga ("the Software"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, refrain from using the Software.
2. Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
3. License & Use Restrictions
Orga grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software for internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the Software.
- Use the Software for unlawful activities or to store infringing/content violating third-party rights.
4. Data Privacy & Security
Orga complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
User data will be processed as outlined in our **Privacy Policy**.
You are responsible for obtaining employee consent for data processing where required.
5. Payment Terms
- Subion fees are billed monthly/annually as per your plan.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Termination
- Orga may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, access to data may be revoked (backup advised).
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Software is provided "as is." Orga does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Orga is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from Software use.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Federal Republic of Nigeria**. Disputes shall be resolved in Ikoyi High Court
9. Amendments
Orga reserves the right to update these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes.
